The international Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credential identifies a knowledgeable and experienced individual who has specialized clinical skills in breastfeeding management care. The IBCLE is currently the only credentialing agency that offers a broad certification in breastfeeding medicine in lactation consulting globally. IBCLCs have passed a rigorous examination that demonstrates the ability to provide competent, comprehensive lactation and breastfeeding care.

Prenatal Consultation
This is a great opportunity to learn the basics of breastfeeding for expectant parents. This can also be used as a refresher course or opportunity to address specific concerns for experienced mothers.
1 -1.5 hours

Initial Consultation
1.5-2 hour
$200
Includes a thorough health history of mother and baby, assessment of mother's breasts, functional assessment of baby's mouth, and an observation of a breastfeeding. Together we will come up with a customized plan that works best for your family. To encourage close communication, initial consultations include a complementary 15-20 minute phone follow up.
Follow Up Consultation
Offered on an as needed basis. We will review progress and make changes to care plans as needed. One complimentary 15 minute phone call following each session included
